The Sinfonia draws its membership primarily from Mason Gross, the Rutgers undergraduate student body, and is supplemented by the most talented players from the larger Rutgers community. As the Rutgers Philharmonia, programs included the Fifth and Eighth Symphonies of Beethoven, the Unfinished Symphony of Schubert, Barber's Adagio and the Rimsky-Korsakov Capriccio Espagnol. The Sinfonia is conducted by Kynan Johns, Director of Orchestras, Mason Gross School of the Arts.
